The Boathouse

The owners of this cafe and bar (specialising in seafood) on the beachfront on Onetangi Beach have worked in some pretty exotic locations around the world for many years, but Waiheke Island stole their hearts and put an end to their travels. Why The Boathouse? Well, that’s a place where the sea and the shore meet. A place where, once the boat is safely stowed, one can look back on the day spent, share some time with friends and whanau and give thanks for all the sea has given. The Boathouse identity we designed went far beyond the core logo design, it encompassed the interior and exterior colour palettes, communications including website design and functionality, wardrobes/uniforms, menus, stationery and signage for this ‘must do’ Waiheke experience.
